Byron's Favourite Winter Party Just Got Bigger

Festival of the Stone Adds Local Favourites to 2026 Line-Up

With just weeks to go until Festival of the Stone returns to Byron Bay, Stone & Wood has unveiled the final additions to its 2026 music line-up, alongside the highly anticipated set times for the event.

Returning on Saturday 20 June at the Stone & Wood Brewery in Byron Bay, the much-loved festival will once again bring together live music, community and craft beer, while raising funds for Fletcher Street Cottage.

Festival of the Stone is thrilled to announce that local folk-rock favourites Drover will join an already impressive line-up featuring Pacific Avenue, Ruby Fields, Dear Seattle, Eliza & The Delusionals and Liquid Zoo.

Based between Byron Bay and Melbourne, Drover is a four-piece known for its collaborative live performances and distinctive folk-rock sound. The band released its debut album Notion in 2025 and is preparing to release new music later this year.

Drover is made up of Bobby Conn, Roy Parsons, Molly O'Neil and Rhys McIlwain, and the group is looking forward to sharing both new material and fan favourites with a hometown audience.

Festival-goers can also expect the return of the popular Brew Deck, featuring sets from some of the Northern Rivers' favourite DJs including Rossco, Cashew, DJ Reiflex and Dale Stephen of Nudge Nudge Wink Wink fame.

Now celebrating its 12th year, Festival of the Stone has become a staple of the region’s winter events calendar. Each year, locals and visitors gather to enjoy a night of live music, great beer and community spirit while supporting an important local cause.

Proceeds from the event support Fletcher Street Cottage, Byron Community Centre’s community hub providing support, information, referral and advocacy to people experiencing housing insecurity, domestic violence and financial stress.

The festival also marks the annual release of Stone & Wood’s Stone Beer, a limited-edition winter brew crafted using heated stones, inspired by traditional brewing methods.

With a stellar line-up, local DJs, fresh Stone Beer on tap and a strong community focus, Festival of the Stone 2026 is shaping up to be one of the highlights of the Byron winter calendar.

Festival of the Stone takes place on Saturday 20 June at Stone & Wood Brewery, Centennial Circuit, Byron Bay.

Tickets are on sale now for $65 plus booking fee, with free entry for children under 12.
