Daniel Oldaker (Dandyman) Joins Mullum Laneways 2024 Lineup

Mullum Laneways is thrilled to announce the addition of Daniel Oldaker, also known as ‘Dandyman’, to our dynamic weekend of entertainment on May 4th and 5th.
Daniel will be the Master of Ceremonies for the Progressive Dinner Party on Saturday May 4th. Proceeds from this event will contribute towards hosting a free day of activities for the community on Sunday
Renowned globally as a circus artist, physical comedian, and improviser extraordinaire, Daniel has dazzled audiences around the world with his electrifying performances and unparalleled stage presence. Guided by Daniel’s unmatched wit and versatility, this fusion of music, food and fun promises to be a night to remember.
The Progressive Dinner Party kicks off at the Rock and Roll Coffee Company, where guests will enjoy canapés, drinks and entertainment by George Washingmachine and Ian Date.The festivities will then move to the Courthouse Hotel for dinner accompanied by music from Felicity Lawless and MsEleneous. Finally, the night will culminate with a dance party hosted by the Versace Boys and their 7-piece band at the Ex-Services Club.
In addition to his role as MC on Saturday, Daniel will present his hilarious street theatre show ‘Ding Hotel’ on Sunday May 5th. As Dandyman, the overworked hotel manager, audiences can expect laughter, love and gasps as he embarks on an adventure filled with unexpected romance. This family-friendly show combines silent comedy and engaging dialogue for an unforgettable experience for all ages.
