Fragments is a vibrant and emotionally expressive collection of floral works by Toowoomba artist Sam Walton, opening this May at Studio 8 Currumbin.

Through bold colour, layered paint, and intuitive mark-making, Sam explores memory, emotion, and the beauty found within everyday moments. Each artwork captures a different mood and feeling, from energetic and playful to soft and reflective, inviting viewers into a deeply personal and human experience.

While floral forms are central to the collection, Fragments is ultimately an exploration of freedom, expression, and the honest imperfections of creativity.

Sam’s loose brushstrokes and expressive movement create works that feel raw, emotional, and alive.

Visitors are invited to experience the exhibition and meet the artist during the opening afternoon event at the gallery.
