Step into the new year with rhythm, connection, and community as Sensory Blender presents Rhythms of Resolution — a day and night celebration of global beats, soulful grooves, and deep dancefloor energy at the North Byron Hotel on New Year’s Day, 2026.
From 2pm till 10pm, the lush outdoor grounds of North Byron Hotel will transform into a sun-drenched playground of sound, featuring eight exceptional DJs includes Phil Perry - a pioneer of the UK house movement and founder of the iconic Full Circle in London, alongside some of the Northern Rivers’ finest selectors: Iain Ha Yes, XUJA, Monsieur Diop, Lord Sut, Afrodisea, Mr Nice, and Taz Miller. Joined by vibrant live African percussion of Gabriel Otu (Happy Africa).
Expect an all-day journey through house, Balearic, Afro and Latin, party bangers and world electronic sounds — a seamless blend of deep grooves and tribal resonance to welcome the year ahead in true Byron style.
After the closing set the energy continues at the FREE After Party at Paradiso for event guests. This intimate late session will keep the vibe flowing with more underground selectors, eclectic tunes, and plenty of dance-floor magic.
Each artist brings a distinct sound and spirit, from Balearic to deep Afro-house, ensuring a rich tapestry of rhythm throughout the day.
More than just a celebration, Rhythms of Resolution continues the tradition of giving back — with a share of profits donated to Fletcher Street Cottage, Byron Bay, supporting people in our community experiencing homelessness.
