Starlight Festival: Four days of breath, sound and healing

Begin the new year with four uplifting days of yoga, meditation, breathwork, sound healing, workshops and conscious connection in Bangalow.

The Starlight Festival returns to Bangalow from 7 to 10 January 2027, inviting festival-goers to ignite their spirit, nourish their soul and explore conscious living.

Held at the A&I Hall, the four-day program brings together experienced presenters and practitioners across health, healing, spirituality and personal development.

Visitors can take part in sound journeys, breathwork, yoga, qigong, ecstatic dance, mantra, guided meditation, creative workshops and inspiring talks. Healings, intuitive readings and bodywork will also be available throughout the festival.

A wellness marketplace featuring more than 30 stalls will offer crystals, jewellery, natural products and yoga essentials, while the True Nature Café will serve vegan and gluten-free food.

Children under 13 can attend free with a paying adult.
