Studio 8 Currumbin is proud to present the May Salon, a vibrant group exhibition celebrating the depth, diversity and creative energy of the local arts community.

Running from 1–17 May 2026, the exhibition brings together over 35 emerging and established artists across a dynamic range of mediums.

Spanning painting, ceramics, printmaking and sculpture, the May Salon offers an immersive experience of contemporary practice. Each work reflects a distinct artistic voice, from expressive, layered canvases to tactile, hand-formed objects inviting audiences to engage with both material and narrative.

Set within the light-filled, collaborative environment of Studio 8 Currumbin, the exhibition has been thoughtfully curated to foster connection, conversation and discovery. The space itself plays an integral role, offering visitors an intimate and engaging way to experience the work.

The May Salon invites collectors, art lovers and the wider community to explore this rich cross-section of regional talent, meet the artists, and discover original works available for acquisition.
