Byron Community Market | Sunday 2 November | 8am–3pm | Main Beach
The Byron Community Market is back on Sunday 2 November with a full day of sunshine, sounds and summer spirit at Main Beach, Byron Bay.
Kicking off from 8am, visitors can expect the best of Byron’s creative heart. From local artisan stalls, fresh local eats, ocean breezes and a stellar line-up of free live performances celebrating the rhythms of the season.
On the Main Beach stage, the music will flow all day featuring:
Peter Hunt Trio: Soulful, earthy and rich with global influences, Peter Hunt blends African, Celtic and jazz sounds with effortless style.
Gabriel Otu: Feel-good rhythms and irresistible energy as this Ghana-born performer and his five-piece band bring traditional drumming and dance to the beach.
Empress Katia: Smooth, powerful and full of vibe, Empress Katia mixes funk, reggae and world beats, performing both solo and with Electric Daisy Juice.
Byron Community Market Coordinator Natwah Petruszka said the November market captures everything people love about Byron in summer.
“There’s something special about being by the ocean with live music, handmade goods and happy faces all around.”
Alongside the music, explore more than 200 stalls featuring local art, jewellery, ceramics, homewares, plants, fashion and gourmet food, all with the stunning backdrop of Main Beach and the Pacific Ocean.
