Sea Sea Sessions Vol. 02 brings a weekend of food and wine to Crescent Head

Sea Sea Hotel is welcoming chef, author and winemaker Matt Stone to Crescent Head for the second edition of Sea Sea Sessions, a three-day coastal residency from 28–30 August.

Joining Matt is acclaimed wine writer and P&V Merchants co-founder Mike Bennie, bringing together produce-led cooking, low-waste philosophy and an eclectic selection of characterful wines.

Matt’s approach to food is deeply connected to season and place, shaped by his work with Greenhouse, Oakridge and the Future Food System. His own wines will also feature throughout the weekend alongside selections from P&V Merchants.

Designed as a relaxed winter escape, Sea Sea Sessions Vol. 02 is an invitation to eat, drink, stay and settle into the slower rhythm of Crescent Head.
