PSA Yoga and Pilates lovers - there’s a new kid in town, and she promises to bring you that quintessential Byron Bay bliss!

But seriously, I’ve been loving these guys since 10 years ago, back in my Sydney days when I would wander through the doors and feel like I was coming home. They’ve come so far since then, and now offer an architecturally designed space with all the latest technological advances, but they’ve kept the calm vibes that had me hooked all those years ago.

The space

Think light, bright, simple and sleek, with enough room to swing at least five cats. There’s the luxuriously inviting reception area, yoga space, Pilates space, a dedicated wellness area with plunge pool and sauna, beautiful bathrooms and a Pilates Reformer room. When it comes to a yoga and Pilates studio, it doesn’t get much more heavenly than this. It’s totally touch-free (sensors to keep you COVID-safe) and has hospital grade air-con to keep what you’re breathing in super-fresh. Oh, and did I mention her design has been guided by the philosophies of sacred geometry?

The classes

There’s an abundant schedule of yoga (both essentials classes for beginners or yogis who want to refine their technique and open classes for those who want the trickier options), Yin yoga, Pilates (again, for beginners and more experienced practitioners) and Reformer Pilates - with some classes heated to a cosy 28-30 degrees. Pick a time - there’s probably a class on then!

The launch

The BodyMindLife Yoga and Pilates studio will be opening her doors to the public this Saturday the 12th of September - and we can’t wait!
