Byron Bay Yoga Vibes: 5 Online Yoga Studios to Soothe Your Iso Soul

By Jessica Humphries

We're not the only ones seeing the silver lining of these crazy times, right? We bet there are a few slow-living yogi types who love an excuse for more one-on-one catch ups and time for introspection...

But one of the BEST things about this whole situation is the absolute abundance of online yoga. Those of us who live miles from our favourite studios can now practice with our teachers from the comfort of our own home.

Keep your pjs on, yogis. We've compiled some of our favourite, Byron-based practices to keep you moving and breathing in iso (and hopefully beyond!).

 Creature Yoga

Creature+Yoga

Most Byronites know our girls, Bess & Tahl. They've been taking the yoga world by storm since they opened their studio back in 2015.

And now you can practice with them online - does life get any better than this?

These girls are the real deal, and they're steaming live to your living room every morning at 8am (or 9:30 on Sundays). Check out their membership options here.

BodyMindLife

Body%2BMind%2BLife

Our friends at BodyMindLife were JUST about to open a studio in Byron before the world went haywire! And we're so excited to check it out when things settle back to something resembling normality. For now, we're stoked to be enjoying classes at their online studio - which boasts an average of about 10 classes a day with some amazing teachers. Wha?!

Delamay Devi

Delamay Devi has been practicing and teaching in Byron before it was the yoga capital of Australia! She knows her stuff and delivers it in the most inspiring way. Be prepared to open your heart with Delamay's unique style of Prana Vinyasa.

She's offering a smorgasbord of online goodies - from a FREE Movement is Medicine online course to regular classes, online trainings and more. Check out all the goodness here.

Flowave with Fee

Life+of+Fee

If you're craving a taste of where you can go with your practice then Fee is your girl. She's all flowing alignment, strength and building up to your edge (hint - there may be some hand standing!).

You can grab series one (eight classes) for the reduced price of US$49 or the second series (four classes) for just US$29. They're yours to keep and practice any time!

Think flowing movements, poetic language (that will wow even the most experienced wordsmiths!) and an envy-inspiring Byron hinterland backdrop. Lara's series - Art of Your Interior - includes eight practices that explore asana, meditation and art for US$77.

Be prepared to explore your body in new and delicious ways!
